9x - 11 = 7x - 3..........Then subtract 7x to the other side such that

2x - 11 = -3..........Then add 11 to both sides such that

2x = 8...........Then divide 2 such that

x = 4

Now we can find each side such that

WX = 9(4)-11 = 25

WY = 7(4)-3 = 25

XY = 4(4)+1 = 17
