Because they are going around feeling bad about there selves and then soon get depressed and maybe cause sucked in my opinion? The person's self-esteem would affect his or her health because low self-esteem can lead to depression and make it hard for a person to have a healthy relationship with others. That's why, it is important for a person to love himself or herself and boost some confidence so that you would be healthy physically and psychologically.
