Answer:

Everyone has their own way of dealing with stress. Whether it is the ideas provided, or your own, we must make sure the stress doesn't get to our heads and mess with our lives.

instructions:

- Take care of yourself. Eat healthy, exercise, get plenty of sleep, and give yourself a break if you feel stressed out.

- Talk to others. Share your problems and how you are feeling and coping with a parent, friend, counselor, doctor, or pastor.

- Avoid drugs and alcohol. These may seem to help, but they can create additional problems and increase the stress you are already feeling.

- Take a break. If news events are causing your stress, take a break from listening or watching the news.

- Recognize when you need more help. If problems continue or you are thinking about sui.cide, talk to a psychologist, social worker, or professional counselor.

How to bounce back:

Bouncing back is the ability to believe in yourself, to cope to the best of your abilities, to adapt well in difficult circumstances, to be resilient in the face of adversity. It isn’t something we are born with. It’s taught and nurtured.

One of the ways I bounce back from stressful events is just having some "me time." I go to my room and just do stuff that makes me, me. For example, one of the things I do is [insert activity]. It makes me feel [emotion], and [another emotion].
