when algae lives on a slth it is consirered a mutual symbiotic relationship. why is this an exampkle of mutualism
d1i1m1o1n [39]

Algae living on a sloth is considered an example of mutualism because both of them benefit from each other.

Mutualism is one of the symbiotic relationships in which both the two species living together benefit in one way or another. A considerable example of such a relationship is between algae and a sloth.

The algae provide camouflage to the sloth and protect it from predators while the sloth provides shelter to the algae for its growth. The sloth also gets nutrition from algae which perform photosynthesis and synthesize food.

Another mutual relationship is observed between the aphids and ants. Aphids produce honeydew as a waste product of their diet which is consumed by ants. While ants protect the aphids from predators and parasites.

This is the cycling of nutrients among soil, litter, plant roots, and above-ground plant parts.
kifflom [539]

Answer:

Internal Cycling

Explanation:

Internal cycling starts when the nutrients transform into ecosystems. The plants through their roots take the necessary ingredients and built them in the tissues. When tissues grow, the nutrients go back to the ground in the form of dead organic matter.

Microbes transform the organic nutrients into minerals, which are again available to the plants.

Which of these factors affects how fast a sound wave moves? the kind of material it is moving through the kind of material it is
nalin [4]

Answer:

the kind of material it is moving through

Explanation:

Sound wave is a type of mechanical wave, which requires a medium to travel, unlike longitudinal waves that can travel through vacuums. Since, sound waves travel through mediums, the KIND OF MEDIUM/MATERIAL it is traveling through has a role to play on how fast it moves.

Sound waves move faster in materials whose molecules are closely packed together than those with loosely packed molecules. This is why sound waves naturally travel faster in SOLID materials. Therefore, the the kind of material the sound wave is moving through affects how fast it moves.
