CHICKEN EXPERTS HELP PLEASE One of my chicks wont stop chirping and has half of its body (the bum) with dry feathers. Is it sick

? Its been with other chicks and chickens and was doing perfectly fine until today. If so, is it contagious and how long do you think it takes to spread? If I clean myself will it decrease risks?​

I would try and clean them off? I’m not sure but you should probably head to a vet
