This is characterized by skin rashes with blisters which are painful and found in localized area. In Tzanck smear, this helps in diagnosing in determining if a patient has herpes virus.
It is important to ease into an exercise program because whether the program is fairly new to you, or you've been doing it for years, your limits may change. And you don't want to risk injury during the exercise- this can include cramps, charlie horses, and so on.
