Answer:

It can cause:

-Protein to not function normally

-Genetic Disorders

-Cancer

Explanation:

Any random change in a gene's DNA is likely to result in a protein that does not function normally or may not function at all. Such mutations are likely to be harmful. Harmful mutations may cause genetic disorders or cancer. A genetic disorder is a disease caused by a mutation in one or a few genes.

Battery acid is acidic in nature so its pH will be more.if we add a base its acidity level decreases and it becomes a poor acid. here water acts as a base to decrease the pH value and acidic nature of a acid substance that is battery acid.

Genetic drift tends to occur in populations that
Elina [12.6K]

Answer:

are reproductively isolated

Explanation:

The genetic drift represents a change in the frequency of an already existing gene variant in a population as a consequence of random sampling of organisms. The offspring would have the genes from their parents, and because the population is limited in numbers and it has been exposed to a new environment, the individuals with advantageous traits will survive and reproduce, while the others will die out gradually. This occurs when a small population of some species is reproductively isolated. The genetic variation is very small because of the small number of individuals, so only certain genes are passed on tot he offspring, thus resulting in gradual changes that will eventually lead to the creation of a separate species.

What is the physical state of dna after being denatured by heat?
navik [9.2K]
I believe when DNA is denatured by heat, hydrogen bonds are separated to create single stranded DNA. When the DNA solution is heated enough, The double stranded DNA unwinds, and the Hydrogen bonds that hold the two strands together weaken and finally break. The process of breaking a double-stranded DNA into single strands is known as DNA denaturation, or DNA melting.

Not sure about where did you collect the seeds.

But all of the F1 should be tall because the tall plants are dominant originally

F2 will have 3/4 to be tall, assuming this genetic case is determined by only one factor, like Aa
