a statistically significant result indicates that your findings are not likely due to chance. group of answer choices true false
IrinaK [193]

A statistically significant result indicates that your findings are not likely due to chancea statistically significant result indicates that your findings are not likely due to chance.this is  a true statement.

Statistical significance provides a cut-off value for determining whether a sample's results and observable effects are primarily due to screening and accurately represent the characteristics of the study population. This significance threshold is often 0.05-5%, regardless of the need for documentation. This is because the implications of our findings recognize the importance of both Type I and Type II errors. When we say that a result is "statistically significant", we mean it is statistically significantly different from 0.

There is usually a null hypothesis that the parameter is equal to zero. Through statistical analysis, tests can be performed to prove that such parameters are statistically significantly different from zero. Therefore, you should know that this value is statistically significantly different from 0 when viewed in text.

Why is equality considered to be the core of democracy? Discuss
Salsk061 [2.6K]

Answer:

Equality is considered to be the core of democracy because in order for the people to have some sort of power to rule, they can't be against one another. Racial equality is an important factor because if people are going judge others on their color, how will they be able to have power without abusing it? If the people are in charge, they could possibly make people deal with the past pains that are now prohibited, such as being slaves, indentured servants, and other "jobs". In order to have a proper democracy, equality must be well up-kept, otherwise it could collapse on its' own self.

Hope this helps ya :D

“Evaluating Scout spirit will always be a judgment call, but through getting to know a young man and by asking probing questions, we can get a feel for it. We can say however, that we do not measure Scout spirit by counting meetings and outings attended. It is indicated, instead, by the way he lives his life.”
