  • Vertex
  • 3
  • middle

If an angle is labeled with a single letter, that letter represents the <u>  vertex  </u> of the angle.

If more than one angle has the same vertex, you must use <u>  3   </u> points to name the angle. The <u>  </u><u>middle  </u> point named must be the vertex.

=================================================================

Explanation:

If we have a single triangle, and no other extra lines, then we can use single letters to name the three angles. Each vertex of the triangle corresponds to the vertex of that angle.

If you were to draw many triangles, in which some may or may not overlap, you'll mostly likely need to name the angle using 3 letters. This is so you are very specific about which angle you're talking about. The middle letter is always the vertex. The left and right letters are points on the arms of the angle. The order of the left and right letters doesn't matter as long as the middle letter stays the same. So something like angle ABC is the same as angle CBA.

A ticket to a museum costs $8. A ticket to the dinosaur exhibit costs $5. The expression 8n+5n represents the cost in dollars fo
julia-pushkina [17]
The equation which represents the people that want to visit the museum and the exhibit is 8n+5n.
As you can see, the variable n is present in both terms 8n and 5n of the equation, so we can now factor the equation. You create parenthesis in which you put inside 8+5 and then you throw the variable n outside the parenthesis, and you get at last:
8n + 5n = (8+5)n

Hope this helps! :D

Can someone please help me find the measure of angle ABO?
lara [203]

Answer:

m<ABO = 22 deg

Step-by-step explanation:

A tangent intersects a circle at the point of tangency making a right angle with the radius drawn to that point. That means that <BAO is a right angle and measures 90 deg. That makes the other two angles of the triangle complementary with a sum of 90 deg.

m<O + m<B = 90

68 + m<B = 90

m<B = 22

Answer: m<ABO = 22 deg
