Answer:

50

Step-by-step explanation:

let the number be x

15% of x= 0.15x

0.15x=30

(divide both sides by 0.15)

x= 200

25% of 200 = 25/100 *200

= 50

BCDE is a parallelogram. What is the measure of ∠BEC? Enter your answer in the box. ° A parallelogram B C D E. Side E D is the b
Elenna [48]

Solution:

In Parallelogram B CDE

BC= DE, BC ║DE

CD = BE , CD ║BE

Also, ∠B=∠D and ∠C=∠E →→In a parallelogram opposite sides are equal and parallel, as well as opposite angles are equal.Diagonals Bisect each other.

∠B= 60° , ∠C ED= 40°

CE is a transversal and BC║DE.

∠CED=∠BCE = 40° →→Alternate interior angles

In Δ BCE

∠B + ∠BCE + ∠BEC= 180°→→→Angle sum property of Triangle.

60° + 40° + ∠ B E C= 180°

100° + ∠BEC=180°

∠BEC= 180° -100°

∠BEC= 80°

Can 6,6,12 make a triangle
BARSIC [14]

Very technically, yes. But . . .

-- Its angles would be  0°,  0°, and  180° .

-- Its height and area would both be zero.

-- It would look like a line segment, because the two ' 6 ' legs
would have to be wide open in a straight line, and they would
lie right on top of the ' 12 ' leg ... that's the only way they could
reach between the ends of it.

What does it mean when two such lines intersect? What can you say about the solution of the two equations?
Illusion [34]
If two lines intersect, and intersect only at one point, then the coordinates of that point satisfy the equations of the lines.

If, on the other hand, one line coincides with the other, then there are an infinite number of solutions.
