Answer:

The Indian Removal Act of 1830 forced American Indians to give up their ancestral lands and move west to Indian Territory.

Some American Indian tribes unsuccessfully went to war to block the removal.

Explanation:

The Indian Removal Act of 1830 was an act implemented by the government of the United States that ordered the removal of the Native American Indians from their lands and to move to the west part of the nation. This Act, most strongly carried out by President Andrew Jackson, was done with the objective of "civilizing" the natives and making them compatible with the European Americans settling there and also to give more lands for European settlements.

While this Act was accepted by some tribes of Indians (though with some terms of their own), many tribes refused to give up their ancestral lands for the Americans/ Whites. They fought many resistance wars, trying to oppose and stop the government, though unsuccessful. The most famous of this forced removal was known as the "Trail of Tears", which also resulted in the deaths of many American Indians throughout the journey.

Answer:

social loafing

Explanation:

Social loafing: In social psychology, the term social loafing is defined as the phenomenon in which an individual is prone to give less effort on a particular task if he or she is involved in a group rather than working alone.

When an individual tends to work in a group then he or she tends to improve his or her accomplishment on a particular task by enhancing his or her talent and skills in that particular group. Social loafing gets promoted through the size of the group.

In the question above, the decrease in Jerry’s effort would be best described in terms of social loafing.

Answer:

"stressor" , "distress"

Explanation:

According to my research based on Psychology, the scene of John seeing Susan kissing another man is considered as a "stressor" in the Psychology field. This stressor then causes John to show signs of physical and emotional pain which is called "distress" in the field of Psychology. Therefore i believe these two words are the missing blanks.

What is the difference between a good deductive argument and a good non deductive argument?
Solnce55 [7]

The difference between a good deductive argument and a good non deductive argument is that of nature of premises.

The premises in deductive arguments guarantee the validity of the conclusion. On the other hand, the premises of non-deductive arguments do not imply that the conclusion is true. An argument that uses deductive reasoning presents premises—statements that are presumptively true or known to be true—for a conclusion that logically derives from those premises. Deductive arguments makes assumptions about what is already known in order to deduce truths about related conclusions. Which is not true in the case of non- deductive arguments. An argument that uses its premises to provide likely, but not definitive, support for its conclusions is known as a non-deductive argument.
