I think it is possible that an Independent candidate could win an election if the people see something special in the person, and that the person would bring about positive change in the country. <span />

Urban areas developed subways, elevated trains, and streetcar systems because if all commuters rode in cars it would cause traffic jams and major traffic. It made it easier for people to move around in bigger cities.
