Depends on the "weight" of the test, but ultimately: 73.5

Explanation:

Figure out what 13/22 is in decimal form: 59

Then take 59+88, which equals 147

Then divide by 2

Which you get as 73.5

This may be different though, because the weight of the test might be high depending on importance, such as an end of year or end of semester test.
