Rational Roots Theorem
synthetic division
Take a look at <span>5x^2 – 34x + 24 = 0. The last term could have been the result of these different possible muliplications: 1*24, 2*12, 3*8, 4*6. The leading term is 5, whose factors are 5 and 1. Thus, possible rational roots would be
4/5 (the 4 is a factor of 24 and the 5 is a factor of 5) and 6/1 (the 6 is a factor of 24 and the 1 is a factor of 5).
Using synth. div. to check whether 6 is actually a root:
___________________
6 / 5 -34 24
30 -24
------ --------------------------
5 -4 0
since the remainder is 0, we can safely call 6 a "root."
Note the remaining coefficients, 5 and -4:
They correspond to the factor 5x - 4. If we set this difference = to 0, and solve for x, we get x = 4/5 (which is correct).
The roots of </span><span>5x^2 – 34x + 24 = 0 are x = 4/5 and x= 6/1.</span>
0 + (6/10) + (8/100) + (5/1000)
Area = PI x r^2
area = 3.14 x 6^2
area = 3.14 x 36
area = 113.04 square yards
round the answer if needed.
The function is f(x)= (7x-m)/(2-nx)
<span>the vertical asymptote is x=6, that means 2/n = 6 or n=1/3
</span>
And now, we have f(x)=(7x-m):(2-1/3x)= (14x-2m): (6-x)
<span>the x-intercept is 5 and we have y=0, x=5. So we obtain 0=(70-2m):(6-5)
or 70-2m=0, m=35
Conclusion m=35 and n=1/3</span>
Based off of what I can see in the photo (its too blurry to know for sure) and what I think you're asking:
The angle of a triangle always adds up to 360degrees, so base it on that and the acute and obtuse angles and get the degrees from there, the angle would be those degrees you find or <10, 5, 4 (what I assume is a 5)
