The description written in the problem is done in data regression. You gather data points to serve as your statistics. This can be done when you gather surveys, or when ti comes to scientific studies, through experiments. As you gather the statistics of the independent and dependent variables of your experiment, you graph it in a scatter plot. This is a type of graph where only dotted points are drawn. From here, you do data fitting by creating a trendline. This trendline would have an equation which represents as the best model that fits your data. Hence, a trendline is important in real-world situations because it gives us an outlook of the cause and effects of certain things through the generalized model. In fact, such models have already been established like the Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm models. People would easily know the optimum solution to a problem because they have a model to test it.

Sample Answer: A trend line describes how the variables are related. If you know the value for one variable, you can look on the axis for that variable and find the value for the other variable, so the data pair are a point on the trend line.

A transformation named T maps triangle XYZ to triangle X'Y'Z'. The transformation is a(n) _____.
wel

Answer:

The transformation is called Translation.

Step-by-step explanation:

We have different types of transformation:

Translation: A translation or slide is an isometry in which all points of a figure move the same distance and in the same direction.

Reflection: A reflection is an isometry in which the preimage and the image have opposite orientations. In other words, the image appears backwards.

Rotation: A rotation is an isometry in which a figure has been rotated or turned around a point called center of rotation.

Dilation: A dilation could be an enlargement or a reduction.

In Geometry, "Translation" simply means Moving without rotating, resizing or anything else, just moving.

To Translate a shape: Every point of the shape must move;

 the same distance

 in the same direction.

So, in this question XYZ translate to X^{'} Y^{'} Z^{'} since every point move in the same distance and same direction.
