Well if he made 10 in 4 hours, that means he made 5 in 2 hours. after 2 hours he had 30 cards, so that means he started with 25 cards. Mr. Cringle is making 2 and 1/2 cards per hour.
Immediately omit the negative possible answer. Since 5^2 = 25, 1/5^2 = 1/25.
Every whole number is a rational number because its a whole number meaning it's not a fraction becasue fractions are irrational numbers.
