Commonly it was found in history that once people managed to get welfare from the country through various programs, they would just be able to receive it for a lifetime and would not have to either work or participate in the society or anything. The act was made to prevent people from just exploiting the system if they indeed were.</span>
This is more of a personal opinion answer is what they are looking for. But if I were to answer I would say….
(The moment it is shot down the US would take this as an act of terrorism/war towards the US. They then would look to have an answer. I think a plan would be put into place to bring whoever is responsible to justice. Be it a single entity or country. I don’t feel nor believe we would sit back and wait for answers. I feel we would want them quick or we as a country would take all necessary steps to get them be it covert operations mission and or send troops into a war.”
