Answer:

C.

Step-by-step explanation:

A line is straight, and a segment is a part of a line.

A and D and lines because they have the arrows on the side, meaning they keep going and are not a segment.

B is not a line, it curves.

So that leaves C to be the answer because it is the only straight one with no arrows.

I need some help before i fail
omeli [17]

well immediately you can cancel out the y to get the x because 10-10 is 0. So then 2x-7x=-5x

54-89=-35

-5x=-35

divide by -5 and x=7

to cancel out the 2 and -7

multiply -7 by 2

and

2 by 7

so those will cancel out and do the same process

hope this helps

A store owner puts in an order for product x and product y for a total of 4,000 units. it costs $0.10 per item to ship of produc
galben [10]

The system of equations can be used to determine how much of product x and product y the store owner bought is x + y = 4,000

0.10x + 0.04y = 352

Simultaneous equation

 • product x
 • Product y
 • Total units of x and y = 4,000 units
 • Cost of shipping each product x = $0.10
 • Cost of shipping each product y = $0.04
 • Total cost of shipping = $352

The equation:

x + y = 4,000

0.10x + 0.04y = 352

Therefore, the system of equations can be used to determine how much of product x and product y the store owner bought is x + y = 4,000

0.10x + 0.04y = 352
