2. yes, making sure i am getting all of the nutrients by body needs on a daily, sleeping well, and staying hydrated

5. I think that that biggest health concern in facing our country is definitely the diet, that most states have adapted. The lack of nutrients in most foods.
6. You can practice mindfulness, listen to how your body is feeling, attend all check ups etc.
7. You can talk to friends and family about it. Especially if it’s someone you know is experiencing trouble with weight/body image.

3. we usually all eat the same thing at meals so they impact my diet a lot
4. Mayo clinic is a reliable website that i use when researching health issues. there is also a doctor in the family so i get almost of my information from her when i can’t find it online
5. dieting and nutrition. fast foods and unhealthy foods are cheapest and more time efficient.
6. i wear a Fitbit and log my food to make sure i’m eating a well balanced diet and getting enough exercise daily
7. through social media would be fastest and the easiest way. because so many people use it you could spread the word farther and faster than by word of mouth
8. i think it creates this image of what a “perfect” body is and it can be really damaging. recently more people have speaking out about body positivity. instead of social media pushing people to think about their health and everyone is different it pushes that you aren’t healthy unless your body looks like this.
9. i would like to be more fit than i am right now. i want to be able to lift heavier and have more endurance when running
10. eating i’ve tried to have a little bit of everything. like a fruit, vegetable, protein, etc. and my main exercise is running
