Alright this one is really simple even though it looks like alot. Start by looking at what they give you.

LM=9, LM is congruent to SP so SP=9

Now NR=16 and both NP and PR are congruent to MS.

16÷2=8
NP and PR = 8, So, MS=8

SR=8, MP is congruent to SR so MP=8

Alright so what we've just found out is that SP=9, MS=8, MP=8

We have three the line segments that make up SMP now! Just add them together to get your answer.
9+8+8= 25
Answer = D. 25
