The correct answer is: allowing Germany to take aggressive steps in hopes of maintaining peace

In the 1930s, France and Great Britain followed a policy of appeasement in hopes of avoiding conflict with Germany while World War II was slowly rising. These seemed to be the best option at the time because both countries had weak armies in contrast to Germany's. Britain was also in the middle of dealing with the economic issues that rose during the Great Depression.

Clay is very intelligent and Joshua is not very bright. On the basis of the meta-analysis by Griffeth, Hom, and Gaertner (2000)
Ivahew [28]

The correct answer is intelligence is not related to job satisfaction

Emotional intelligence is of fundamental importance in labor activity and a person's success and survival in the labor market depend a lot on it. Emotions, when properly controlled, allow for good productivity, good relationships and well-being, in addition to being able to generate more loyalty and commitment to work.

Staying aware of your own feelings, remaining attentive to what you are feeling, is also a basic emotional aptitude that helps the development of integrity and leads the person to discover job satisfaction.
