Hypothesis
Suppose we have four test tube each test tube is filled with solution extracted from different sources. Test tube 1 contain solution extracted from sugar cane, Test tube 2 contain solution extracted from green leaves, Test tube 3 contain solution extracted from seeds, and Test tube 4 contain egg white an albumin protein.
objectives
To find out which solution will react with biuret solution
.
Materials and method
To prepare biuret solution, mix potassium sodium tartarate with cupric sulfate and sodium hydroxide. A blue solution will be formed.
Experiment
Pour a small amount of biuret solution in each test tube and heat them until precipitation is formed.
Results
After analyzing the experiment, it was found that no color changed in first three test tubes except the fourth one in which the color was changed from blue to pink-purple.
Discussion
It was deduced from results that appearance of pink-purple color indicate the presence of peptide bonds (proteins)
Conclusion
Biuret test is used for the confirmation of proteins in any food sample.
Answer:
RR Rr and rr. RR and Rr will look Round. The rr will be wrinkled.
The parent plants were most likely Rr genotypes.
Explanation:
Some offspring received two of the R genes. Some received one R and one r, so they will be round too. The offspring with two r genes will be wrinkled, and their offspring will be wrinkled too unless they cross with an RR or Rr parent.
Answer:
well for me
Explanation:
I think it's the second one
Nematodes have a pseudocoelom and are the simplest animals that have a complete digestive tract.
Nematodes also known as roundworms are animals well adapted to variety of environments, meaning that are ubiquitous. Nematodes are small, bilaterally symmetric with ornamented ring body structures. Their body is covered with cuticle that works with the muscles beneath it to create a hydroskeleton. There are free-living species and parasitic species of Nematoda.
