Answer:

The most common cause of childhood obesity is over-eating and physical inactivity, along with it genetics play major role in being obese of child i.e. if one of the two parents or both are suffering obesity then child will automatically be obese.

On the other hand, over-eating, eating junk foods and playing video games and sitting continuously whole day, watching TV and computer etc. impact in lack of physical exercise or activities. This result in change in metabolism, storing a lot of fats and burning less, all these result in childhood obesity. Such children are on high risk of getting diseases in young age like diabetes, bone problems, skin problems, high blood pressures, heart problems, high cholesterol problems etc. So, such routine should be developed for children that keep them busy doing physical activities, like running, football, indoor games etc.

Answer:

Trying to improve yourself is great! It really depends on your age, but you should always have a healthy, balanced diet. You should eat nutritious foods like fruits and veggies, and also build on protein like chicken or fish. You can eat junk food once in a while like chips, or you can switch to whole grain snacks instead like sun chips instead. I hope this helps you become a better volleyball player.
