I'm having one of those days where my motivation is completely gone. I know what I need to get done and how to get it done, but dont have the motivation to do so. Any tips?​

Ah, I have this problem. I'm not sure if this would help you but I typically put on some of my favorite music which tends to get me pretty hyped up. By then I'm not so reluctant to do my school work. You can also think of something that your excited to do later which might encourage you to get your school work done so you can do that activity. Hope this helps, have a good day!
