okay we´ll say his resting is a 90 the after the 100 its at 120 the slows back down to a hundred when he walks back the goes to 140 when he runs agian cause his heart has to work harder to pump the blood then slows to 125 then up to 145 then ima just skip this so it should be around 170 or 185 by the end of the run
