⇒ Heart disease in not an inevitable part of growing older. Usually you develop heart disease between the age of 40-55. If you reach the age of 50 without developing the major risk factors for heart disease, you can live a full life without it, and your chances of dying from heart disease decrease from 50 percent to a strikingly low 8 percent. Here are some everyday tasks everyone can use and/or take to prevent heart disease:
1.) Don't use tobacco products. 
2.) Exercise for 30 minutes 3-4 times a week. 
3.) Eat a heart-healthy diet/meal.
4.) Maintain a healthy weight.
5.) Get regular health screenings.
6.) Try to manage stress.
