Has nothing to do with school: I'm trying out for the Cheer team but the coach won't let me join unless I get my back handspring

. Anybody know how to get a back handspring easily?

Practice the your cart wheels like crazy then turn those cart wheels to round offs the learn how to back flip then put it all together
