Answer:

A. 23+x=140

Step-by-step explanation:

The angle addition postulate states that the measure of a larger angle formed by two or more smaller angles placed side by side is the the sum of the smaller angles. The angle addition postulate states that if B is in the interior of AOC , then:

m∠AOB + m∠BOC = m∠AOC.

From the image:

∠NOP = ∠NOQ + ∠QOP

∠NOP = 140, ∠NOQ = x, ∠QOP = 23

substituting:

140 = x + 23

x = 140 - 23 = 117

∠NOQ = 117°

Option B is a better option.

Step by step:

I divided 40/6.29 and got about 6.3.

I divided 24/3.89 and got about 6.1.

Which is less, 6.3 or 6.1?
If you said 6.1 you are correct, so option B has a less cost, making it a better option.

The amount of money in your savings account after m months is represented b A = 135m + 225 . After how many months do you have $
r-ruslan [8.4K]
You just have to rearrange the formula.
So:
765 = 135 x m + 225
765 - 225 = 135 x m
540 = 135 x m
m = 540 / 135
m = 4

So four months.

Which describes the correct procedure when converting a number from scientific notation to standard notation if the power of 10
jenyasd209 [6]

Answer:

A. Move the decimal point to the left

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that:

The scientific notation = 10⁻¹⁰

Let recall;

That the standard notation usually took the form of an inverse:

For example;

Let say 10⁻¹ will be \dfrac{1}{10} in scientific notation;

SO, \dfrac{1}{10} = 0.1

Now; we are given 10⁻¹⁰ as a scientific notation,

To standard notation, we get:

10^{-10} = \dfrac{1}{100}

= 0.01

Thus, it is true to say that the decimal point will be moved to the left side when converting a number from scientific notation to standard notation if the power of 10 is  -10.
