Answer:

Social Darwinism provided an ideological justification for the social inequalities that capitalism had brought with it: these would result from the hereditary inferiority of the poor and the hereditary excellence of the richer classes, which are best enjoyed under a laissez-faire system. Applied to peoples and races, it became a justification for racism and imperialism.

As can be seen, social Darwinism is a retrograde political and philosophical stance, which considered different ethnic or national groups as different in terms of capacity or development possibilities. Therefore, since this position has been regarded as false, social Darwinism has no justification in our time.

The circumference of a circular garden is 153.86. What is the radius of the garden? use 3.14 for pie and do not round your answe
dimaraw [331]

Answer:

24.5 is the answer. It is not rounded.

Step-by-step explanation:

You have to work backwards on this problem.  153.86 divided by 3.14 = 49.  But 49 is only your diameter, so you have to divide by 2 to get radius.  49/2 = 24.5.

Let set C = {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8} and set D = {2, 4, 6, 8}.
g100num [7]
<span>1. If it is intersection then it SHOULD be included in both the sets right? Now we know that odd numbers from 1-100 but the second set are multiples of 5 from 50-150! So we mainly need to look for common numbers which are ODD and are a MULTIPLE OF 5 BETWEEN 50 - 100!! So A={51,53,57,59,61......99} B={55,60,65,70.......95} [We stop till 100 because set A has no such element] So what is A ∩ B here? A ∩ B = {All odd numbers and multiples of 5 between 50 - 100}

Frieda worked 26 hours 13 minutes last week. She earns $18.75 per hour. What is Frieda's pay for this work period? Round your an
Leya [2.2K]

Answer:

$491.56

Step-by-step explanation:

Total number of hours worked by Frieda = 26 hours 13 minutes

lets convert 13 minutes to hour

60 minutes = 1 hour\

1 minutes = 1/60 hours

13 minutes = 13/60 hours

Thus,

Total number of hours worked by Frieda = (26 + 13/60) hours

In 1 hours Freida earns =  $18.75

in  (26 + 13/60) hours Frieda earns =  $18.75((26 + 13/60)) = 487.5 + 4.06

in  (26 + 13/60) hours Frieda earns = $491.56  (Answer)
