C. It has the smallest size in chromosomes

Explanation:

Women have two X chromosomes. Men have a single X (from their mother) and the male-specific Y (from their father). The genetic differences between men and women lie in these sex chromosomes. ... One of these 45 Y-borne genes (SRY) determines that a baby with XY chromosomes will develop as a boy.

Your friend does not believe in the theory of evolution—specifically because he does not believe that life originated from organ
adelina 88 [10]

Answer:

Answered below

Explanation:

In the 1920s, Russian Chemist A.I Oparan and English geneticist Haldane, first conceived and developed independently, the theory of Primordial soup. The primordial soup theory suggests that life began in a pond or ocean as a result of the combination of the right amounts of chemicals from the atmosphere and some form of energy, under the right conditions, which resulted in the production of amino acids, the building blocks of proteins from which life evolved. This is suggested to have happened 3 to 4 billion years ago.

This theory was tested by Chemist Stanley Miller and Physicist Harold Urey, in 1950. They mixed gases thought to be present in the primitive earth and electrically sparked the mixture, which resulted in the formation of amino acids.

Is osmosis and isotonic the same
belka [17]

No. Osmosis is the movement of a solvent through a membrane (semi-permeable) from a less concentrated solution to a more concentrated solution to the point where the two sides reach equilibrium. Isotonic solutions are solutions where the two sides of the membrane are already at equilibrium - so there is no movement of the solvent (like water) - so this is different from osmosis.
