Aerobic means with the use of oxygen, such as running. Anaerobic means without the use of oxygen, such as lifting heavy weights quickly.
Aerobic exercise will increase heart strength, and muscle endurance, but not bone strength.
To increase bone strength consume youre daily recommended value of calcium and vitamin D. Calcium cannot be absorbed by the body without vitamin D, people tend to forget that.
