He recov ers , but ever since then he has had polyuria --he produces enormous amounts of urine each day and he is continually dehydrated and intensely thirsty . It could have led to this condition because the text states that he falls on his face everyday. He has fractured his nose and sphenoid bone. I don’t know if that meant what I just wrote but that’s my answer.
