Your health triangle is based on all of the levels being met so by keeping up with your physical activity you’re strengthening part of your pyramid and keeping the balance. Physical: you drink lots of water everyday. Mental: you journal to get your thoughts out of your head and onto paper so you have a fresh mind. Social: you hang out with a good group of your friends at least twice a week.
I would argue that the quality of service given after waiting super LONG is inadequate in a healthcare industry.
Personally, I turned 17 a few months back and I had to get an allergy shot(no it didn't hurt XD) but my parents wasted so much time signing documentations probably like half an hour and the shot itself took like one minute and I was out of the office..
Is it the hardening of vessels becase of cholesterol deposits and so this can unfortunately cause heart attacks, strokes, alongside other serious conditions
