               Testes  contain sperm producing cells which require an optimum temperature of 35.5 C for sperm production. Out side testes body normal temperature is 37C. In order to produce sperm the temperature will below the body average temperatue. thats why in summer the testes hang below the body in scrotum, while in winter it is in close contact with body due to low temperature.
