ium of the heart. Blood pumps through the aorta and into smaller blood vessels to supply the cells of the body with oxygen. The left coronary artery moves oxygenated blood into the muscle of the right side of the heart. Systolic blood pressure is a measurement taken when the heart is at rest and refilling with blood.
