Being healthy and living active decreases your chances of getting anxiety, depression and other mental health sicknesses. When your unfit, everything in your life tends to go downhill. Your not confident and you can’t enjoy human experiences the way you want to when you’re not confident. I use to be unfit and it would stop me from interacting with my man. That feeling was never a great feeling. Many people can agree the feeling you get when you’re over weight
