Unsure of what you want here.   If you want the square of 3 3/8, convert 
3 3/8 to 27/8 and square that improper fraction:  (27/8)^2 = 729/64.

And so on.

The cube of 3 3/8 is   (27/8)^3 = 19683/512.  You could also write that as 38.44 (which has been rounded off).
