I think that it should be mandatory for any sexually active person to receive the shot for HPV but especially women. Men are carriers of the virus but it greatly affects women and can lead to ovarian, uterine, and/or cervical cancer as well as other cancers. Roughly 80% of the population will have HPV at one time or another. It is usually suggested that those who get HPV while younger wait and it will pass on its own. By demanding the vaccine and making it mandatory, we will lower these risks.
I am not sure why parents do not get their kids vaccinated because they really should. My guess would be that they are uneducated or believe that anything with risks should be avoided for their children and do not understand that the disease the vaccine is treating is actually worse than the unlikelihood of the vaccine side effects occurring.
I would visit websites such as the center for disease control and american heart association. Any reputable websites with scientific information will show that vaccines are necessary especially for children.

Answer:
First, the person should find a safe place an call 911, second, the person should help the police with a statement and telling what happened, Third, use legal system resources and finally, prepare the case to be presented in court.
Explanation:
The first step is to find a safe place and call 911, not a relative or a friend. Calling 911 is the right thing to do because the call is being recorded and can be later used as evidence. The second thing to do is once the police have arrived, you should tell the officer what happened, this can be used as evidence in court. The third thing that you should do is use any legal resource that the system can provide, such as, a restraining order. The last step is to prepare the case with a lawyer to be presented in court.
