The first step of the energy usage for growth is the breakdown process. In order the animal cells can use the food, the food they eat must be broken down into smaller molecules. Step 2 is the process glycosis which converts each molecule of glucose<span> into two smaller molecules of Acetyl CoA. Step 3 is the complete oxydation of acetyl, CoA to H2O.</span>

Explanation: The water cycle is also known as the hydrological cycle. It describes how water moves on, above, or just below the surface of our planet. Water molecules move between various locations - such as rivers, oceans and the atmosphere - by specific processes. Water can change state. Nitrogen compounds found in cells include proteins. Nitrogen from the air is converted into soluble ions that plant roots can absorb. It forms part of nitrogen compounds in the plants, and is then passed from one organism to the next. It is returned to the atmosphere as nitrogen gas. This is the nitrogen cycle. The carbon-oxygen cycle is the process by which plants use carbon dioxide for respiration during photosynthesis and produce oxygen. During this process, carbon dioxide becomes part of the plant, and when the plant dies in a carbon-rich state it is possible for it to become a fossil fuel.

Rough strain did not have any protective covering around itself  and thus could be easily removed by the immune system Hence, it was not able to kill the mice.

In addition, heat killed smooth strain was also not able to kill the mice. However, when remains of it was added with rough strain then the blend was able to kill the mice.

Lastly, he was able to isolate living bacteria of both the strains.

He concluded that non-lethal type II-R strain was transformed into lethal type II-S strain by "transforming principle" (which we know today as DNA) that was supposed to be the part of dead III-S strain bacteria.
