The Chinese Room Argument was first published in a paper in 1980 by American philosopher John Searle (1932- ). It is a thought experiment in which <span>Searle imagines himself alone in a room following a computer program for responding to Chinese characters slipped under the door. </span><span>

The spread of public education has considerably impacted the current culture of the every corner of the world. Without the public education, we could have stayed ignorant until now. The current culture that we have right now is already a civilized one. Gone are the days when our judicial means are conducted without due process. Gone are the days when the people roam around almost naked. Gone are the pagan days. The public education of law, religion, ethics, etc, have really molded the exact kind of people we are right now and the exact tradition we're currently into.
