No. I don't think that schools should be issuing student questionnaires that could be used to identify those who are most at risk for contracting HIV/AIDS. While questions such as "Are you sexually active? If so, do you use condoms?" and "Have you ever experienced flu-like symptoms such as fever, sore throat, or fatigue after participating in sexual intercourse with someone new unprotected?" might help determine who needs to be tested and possibly receive HIV treatment, asking this information would be an invasion of the student's privacy. This is because the sex lives of students are in fcat private and handing this information to a group of strangers would be embarrassing and possibly traumatic for the student.
