Which statement is true about the congruent triangles below? URGENT

Answer:

LN = HJ

Step-by-step explanation:

If you look at the two triangles, you will see each side has a different number of lines on them. Each set of lines corresponds to the same set of lines on the other triangle.

So since side IH has one line the side on the other triangle with one line would be congruent. So that would be line ML.

Also if there are not lines on every side then you could identify the triangle by the red square in the corner meaning that that is a right angle (90 degrees.)

Answer:

-1/6

Step-by-step explanation:

To find the slope we use

m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

    = (-4-8)/( 1-3)

    = -12/-2

    =6

We want a line perpendicular, so we need the negative reciprocal

- (1/6)

-1/6

Can someone explain how to do "interquartile range"
Andrews [41]

What is it?

The IQR describes the middle 50% of values when ordered from lowest to highest. To find the interquartile range (IQR), first find the median (middle value) of the lower and upper half of the data. These values are quartile 1 (Q1) and quartile 3 (Q3). The IQR is the difference between Q3 and Q1.

How do you find IQR?

Step 1: Put the numbers in order. ...

Step 2: Find the median. ...

Step 3: Place parentheses around the numbers above and below the median. Not necessary statistically, but it makes Q1 and Q3 easier to spot. ...

Step 4: Find Q1 and Q3. ...

Step 5: Subtract Q1 from Q3 to find the interquartile range.
