if you want a new licence dont make a new thing you get caught that one will get taken and you may get pulled OVER or do make a new one same adress and same email and password and yes tell them your info U-U dont wanna get in trouble
because they care for you and even grow to love you. They also have to keep you occupied so children will not start to get out of hand because of boredom.
