Most people will listen from that but if she doesn't, friends do anything to make the other safe. So he would have to report her. This way she might learn (after everything) that Grant was trying to protect her. Sure Grant will get a beating up but in the end there is a 90% chance of Amy realising her mistake and not to do it again.
