Anyone here suffering from tinnitus?? What do you do to get relief?? How do you control your anxiety??​

Answer:

tinnitus is bringing in the ears right? I personally use garlic capsules in my ear.. I puncture a hole in the Garlic capsule and put the oil in the ear. Hope this helps you.
