Voting for one party on a state level and the opposite party on a national level is known as _______ - __________.
Oliga [24]

The concept that completes the fragment is Cross-voting.

Cross-voting is a form of voting in which the elector has the right to vote differently in elections. Cross-voting allows the voter not to favor a single party but can vote for two different parties during an election.

For example, a voter leans for a state government candidate who belongs to the Democratic party, while at the national level he leans for a Republican candidate. He votes for each of them, this is known as a cross vote.

According to the above, the fragment would look like this:

Voting for one party on a state level and the opposite party on a national level is known as Cross - voting.

Answer:

The irrational numbers are √80, √12 and π

Explanation:

The irrational numbers are defined as numbers that have infinite non-periodic decimal figures, which therefore can not be expressed as fractions. To distinguish irrational from rational numbers, we must take into account that rational numbers can be written fractionally or rationally, for example: 18/5 which is equal to 3.6 therefore it is a rational number, unlike √2, √12, √80 or π, in whose result infinite number of decimal places are obtained.

what one is more important and why 1) establish justice, 2)insure domestic tranquility, 3) provide for the common defense, 4) pr
ddd [48]
1) Establish Justice... without justice, there would be no common ground for the others to sit upon. The justice is for the rules to abide by when setting up the others.
2) Insure Domestic Tranquility... along with justice, this would also fall into the court system and set grounds for the others to be held on common ground.
3) Provide For The Common Defense... this one is important, yes, but on the other hand, it has no common ground with the others to be established.
4) Promote The General Welfare... Along with the courts, this one also has to deal with the law and the wellness of the people, but then again, no common ground.
5) Secure The Blessings Of Liberty... For this one to really be set in motion, a court has to be set up.
Out of all of these, I would personally go with Establish Justice since it has the most common ground and is independent, also is the base of all the others.
Hope this helped!
