It's c. PQRS is not rectangle because is has only 2 right angles.
One ∠PRQ and the other one is ∠SPR.
In order to be rectangle all 4 angles needs to be right angles.

X is just a place holder so it really depends if you know what x is but for right now let’s say it’s 0
Ok so -6 is less than -2 so the larger the negative number is the less it is if that makes sense so the greater number is -2
So x+-2 is greater
