visit is CPT II code 0503F. A single Category II code can be reported each visit occurs and these services can be reported at
the time of delivery, or release from care at the end of the six-week postpartum period. Other category codes can also be used in conjunction with maternity codes to further
specify the condition of the patient or if any complication occurring within
the six-week postpartum period.
