Physical fitness is related to our ability to carry out daily tasks without being too tired or sore. Please select the best answ
WARRIOR [948]

Physical fitness is related to our ability to carry out daily tasks without being too tired or sore. This statement is TRUE.

<h3>Further explanation </h3>

Good physical fitness means that you can perform daily activities, occupations, and sports. This condition will be achieved through good nutrition, regular exercise, and have enough rest.

The benefit of physical activity and exercise can be immediate as well as long-term. Most importantly, regular activity can improve your quality of life.There are four types of physical fitness:

  1. Cardiovascular exercise: exercises that increase the work of the heart and lungs, such as walking, jogging, step aerobics, swimming, and biking. Cardio activity improves your heart/lung function and muscle mass.
  2. Muscular strength exercise: this exercise is to build overall strength and muscle mass.
  3. Joint flexibility exercise:  this exercise to help the ability of the muscle group can be stretched or joint can be moved, for example: bending, lifting and driving. Stretching can reduce the risk of injury.
  4. Muscular endurance exercise:  this exercise to find out how many repetitions of exercises a person can perform, such as push-ups and sit-ups.

What can you say about the magnitudes of the forces that the balloons exert on each other?
maxonik [38]

Answer:

F_G=G. \frac{m_1.m_2}{R^2} gravitational force

F=\frac{1}{4\pi \epsilon_0} \times \frac{q_1.q_2}{R^2} electrostatic force

Explanation:

The forces that balloons may exert on each other can be gravitational pull due to the mass of the balloon membrane and the mass of the gas contained in each. This force is inversely proportional to the square of the radial distance between their center of masses.

The Mutual force of gravitational pull that they exert on each other can be given as:

F_G=G. \frac{m_1.m_2}{R^2}

where:

G= gravitational constant  =6.67\times 10^{-11} m^3.kg^{-1}.s^{-2}

m_1\ \&\ m_2 are the masses of individual balloons

R= the radial distance between the  center of masses of the balloons.

But when  there are charges on the balloons, the electrostatic force comes into act which is governed by Coulomb's law.

Given as:

F=\frac{1}{4\pi \epsilon_0} \times \frac{q_1.q_2}{R^2}

where:

\rm \epsilon_0= permittivity\ of\ free\ space

q_1\ \&\ q_2 are the charges on the individual balloons

R = radial distance between the charges.

In the national grid,what does the step up transformer do?
amm1812
In the National Grid, the Step Up Transformer increases the amount of voltage that is passing through the grid at any one time. These are used at power stations, as without them, there would not be enough power to transport the electricity around the national grid.
Hope this helps :)

An atom of the element chromium has an atomic number of 24 and a mass number of 52. How many electrons are in an uncharged atom
zubka84 [21]

<span>Chromium is represented by the element Cr with an atomic number of 24 and a molar mass of 52 gram per mole. The number of protons in the Chromium atom is the atomic number, so it has 24 protons. And the protons of chromium atom is equal to the number of electrons, so 24 electrons.</span>

What is the significance of the direction of an electric field line at some point on the line?
Lemur [1.5K]

Answer with Explanation:

The direction of the electric field line at any point gives us the direction of the electric force that will act on a positive charge if placed at the point. We know that if we place a charge in an electric field it will experience a force, as we know that force is a vector quantity hence it requires both magnitude and direction for it's complete description. The direction of this electric force that acts on a charge is given by the direction of the electric field in the space. In case the charge is negatively charged electric force will act on it in the direction opposite to the direction of electric field at the point.
