Answer: cellular respiration is the process by which chemical energy in organic molecules such as carbohydrates is released by stepwise oxidative process, catalyzed by enzymes and made available in the for of ATP. It can be divided as

 aerobic respiration - synthesize of ATP from respiratory substrates in the presence of molecular oxygen

 anaerobic respiration -  breaking down of glucose in the absence of molecular oxygen which is regulated by enzymes of the cells occuring in cytosol.

Explanation:

the answer i gave above quite satisfy the question unless it is an essay question. if it is an essay it requires more explaination

The amount of radioactive carbon-14 in a sample is measured using a Geiger counter, which records each disintegration of an atom
sergij07 [2.7K]

Answer:

4121 years

Explanation:

From;

0.693/t1/2 = 2.303/t log No/N

t1/2= half life of the carbon-14

No= count rate of the living tissue

N= count rate of the sample

t = age of the sample

0.693/5730 =2.303/t log (13.5/8.2)

1.21 * 10^-4 = 2.303/t * 0.2165

1.21 * 10^-4 = 0.4986/t

t = 0.4986/1.21 * 10^-4

t = 4121 years

eimsori [14]

Answer:

As the kinetic energy of the gaseous solute increases, its molecules have a greater tendency to escape the attraction of the solvent molecules and return to the gas phase. Therefore, the solubility of a gas decreases as the temperature increases.
